Can I order from several shops at once?
Yes. Add items from as many shops as you like. At checkout your cart becomes one order per shop, and each shop confirms and delivers its own order.
Who delivers my order?
The shop you bought from. Each seller arranges delivery to the address you give at checkout, and updates the order as it moves.
How do I cancel an order?
Open the order from My Orders. Until the seller confirms it you can cancel it right away. Once it is confirmed you can send the seller a cancellation request, and the order page shows their answer. An order that has shipped can no longer be cancelled in the app.
When can I review a product?
Once an order containing it has been completed. That way every review comes from someone who actually bought the product.
